The Centre for Research in Reasoning, Argumentation, and Rhetoric is holding its second summer institute. “Reasoning and Argument: Computing and Cognitive Science Perspectives,” will run from May 9 to May 27, 2011. The institute will be co-taught by Chris Reed (University of Dundee, Scotland) and Marcello Guarini (University of Windsor, Canada). The course may be taken for graduate-level credit or may be audited. Graduate students wanting to take the course for credit will not usually require a student visa given that the 36 hours of instruction will take place in less than one month. Students or faculty having any questions should contact Marcello Guarini (mguarini at uwindsor.ca).
